HOA Management
The primary mission of the Weston Woods on the River Townhome Association is to preserve and enhance the property values of its members. It does this by maintaining and improving the visual attractiveness (curb appeal) of the property, providing its members with reliable and effective services, and prudently managing the Association’s finances. It also helps foster a sense of community and neighborliness amongst its members.
The Association is governed by a five person Board of Directors. They are unpaid volunteers and are elected at the Association’s Annual Meeting to serve staggered three year terms. The Board hires a company, currently Omega Management, to manage the maintenance, finances, insurance, contracts and day-to-day operation of the Association and also respond to homeowners’ problems.
